Accountant <\/b>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/p>\n

Accounting and Finance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Month end closure<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Preparing monthly OPEX journal entries<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Weekly reconciliation of AR, AP & Inventory to sub-ledgers<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Participating actively in month end\/ year end closing exercise with journal entry for provisions\/accruals and review of balance sheet items<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Inputting all accounting transactions into the system<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Fixed Asset registration maintained and updated<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Support budget preparation<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tax:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – VAT input monthly report, consolidate with VAT output and prepare VAT report<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – CIT quarterly report & annual finalization<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

External\/Internal audit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 – Working with auditors and preparation of the relevant audit schedules<\/span><\/p>\n

Other duties as assigned by CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n

– Bachelor of Finance\/ Accounting or similar. Chief Accountant certificate is preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n

– At least 3 years working experiences as Senior Accountant\/ General Accountant<\/span><\/p>\n

– Commercial and business awareness\/service orientation<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ability to multi-task, with a positive attitude and can-do mindset<\/span><\/p>\n

– Good at finding solutions to solve problems and have a \u201cglobal\u201d mindset for working in a global business environment<\/span><\/p>\n
