JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountable for Supply Chain Operations from receiving customer order, logistic, transportation to invoicing customers.
Accountable for inventory (including consignment/return stocks) accuracy, discrepancies are resolved, and corrective action is implemented
Implement LEAN practices in warehouse operations to minimizing cost, improving efficiency and customer experience
Supervise inbound & outbound activities to ensure service providers provide excellent support on customs clearance and timely delivery
Ensure compliance to import and export regulations for all shipment from/to different countries where logistic movements are required
Ensure all operations documents are well maintained for audit purposes
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
– 3+ years’ experience in Export Import procedure and working with forwarding agencies as well as customs department
– Must have experience in trading company – open for all industries.
– Experienced in managing customs clearance, local transportation, international shipping for inbound and outbound
– Experienced in customer service, issuing and managing the invoice to end-user or distributor
