JOB DESCRIPTION
Accounting and Finance:
– Month end closure
– Prepare monthly OPEX journal entries
– Weekly reconciliation of AR, AP & Inventory to sub-ledgers
– Participate actively in month end/ year end closing exercise with journal entry for provisions/accruals and review of balance sheet items
– Input all accounting transactions into the system
– Fixed Asset registration maintained and updated
– Support budget preparation
Tax
– VAT input monthly report, consolidate with VAT output and prepare VAT report
– CIT quarterly report & annual finalization
External/Internal audit
– Work with auditors and prepare of the relevant audit schedules
Other duties as assigned by CEO
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor of Finance/ Accounting or similar. Chief Accountant certificate is preferred.
– At least 3 years working experiences as Senior Accountant/ General Accountant
– Commercial and business awareness/service orientation
– Ability to multi-task, with a positive attitude and can-do mindset
– Good at finding solutions to solve problems and have a “global” mindset for working in a global business environment
